What if I did not receive my order?

For orders with multiple items, it is common to receive items at different times.

If you have not received your item after 35 days, you can file a non-delivered item claim.

After 35 days should contact "Customer Support" to file a non-delivered item claim. Please include your customer name, order number and ship to address.


How do I check the status of my order?

You should receive an automated email with tracking information. 

You can check the status of your order any time at "Order Tracking" page.

Tracking information is provided as a free service from external logistical partners. The information can often take a few days to become accurate.

Please Note - It is common for orders to be fulfilled from separate suppliers. It is also very common for these items to arrive on different dates.

Tracking information can sometimes indicate a package has delivered when it has not. Please allow a few more days for information to accurately become synchronized throughout our supply chain.

Customers should allow at least 35 days before contacting customer support and filing a non-delivered item claim.


How do I cancel my order?

Once an order has been fulfilled from the supplier, it can not be cancelled.

What if my item is the wrong size and it does not fit?

What if my item is defective?

If the item you received has defects, please take some pictures with your phone showing the defects and send them to us. The more information you can provide, the easier it is to get a replacement sent out.

Damaged items will only be replaced with the exact same item. No changes in sizes, colors, or products will be provided.

You may be required to return the damaged item.
