Our refund policy lasts 15 days.

If 15 days have gone since you got the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Always verify your measurements prior to purchase!  Customer is responsible for selecting the correct size, color and material of each item during their purchase process.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Product must be in the original packaging and we require a printed receipt that include your order ID (Order # 111111). 

Any request for a return based on quality or defects must include photos showing the defect or poor quality.

Please note:

*In order to receive a refund you must send us a tracking number. Products that are sent without a tracking number will not be refunded!

*Products purchased on clearance, discounted prices or on sale cannot be refunded.

*Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. All return shipments must include delivery confirmation.

*Most returns include a 10% restock fee for each item. 

Please contact us before returning the product in order to get a return address. 
In some cases we may offer you other solutions without sending the product back [].

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): the product is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, product is returned (date of shipping back) more than 15 days after delivery.


Once your returned item is received by our supplier and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product and process your refund. Please be advised that this process can take up to 30 days.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct sizes, color, quantity and material at checkout. Due to each individual's unique size requirements and fit of clothing items, Black Rabbit shall not be responsible for any size discrepancies on these items. No refunds will be provided for incorrect selections, fit or variation in color. In some cases, customers may be eligible to receive discounts to re-order incorrect products. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within few days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, note that sale products cannot be refunded.


Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. Damaged or defective items from the manufacturer are not eligible for a refund.  Photos must be submitted indicating the damage or defect for each item claimed. If you need an exchange, please send us an email at [] and we will be happy to assist.

Photos of the defective or damaged item must be provided in order to process any request for a replacement from our suppliers.


Quality defects must be documented with a photo to help us process your claim with our suppliers. All requests should include at least three photos clearly illustrating the defect. Phone cameras can be used to take photos and attach to the email request for return or refund.
