By using the Site in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you (the "user" or "customer") agree to be bound by this Agreement, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlinks. This Agreement applies to any and all transactions, exchanges and communications made between Black Rabbit Store ("We", "Site") and any users of the Site. This includes without limitation, users who are vendors, customers, merchants, contributors of content, information and other materials or services associated with or on the Site.

General Disclaimer

You are hereby advised and informed that Black Rabbit Store does not manufacture, produce or warehouse any of the products listed for sale on this Site. Every item listed and sold on this Site is fulfilled from 3rd party suppliers.

Also be advised that most products listed for sale on this Site are manufactured outside the United States and fulfilled by offshore, non-US suppliers.

Black Rabbit Store shall assume no responsibility nor be held in any way liable for any quality, craftsmanship, defects or variations in any material or product externally produced and listed for sale on this Site. Additionally, we shall not be held liable for any adverse physical reaction resulting from or perceived to result from contact with any product purchased from this Site.

Additionally, Black Rabbit Store shall not be held liable for the accuracy or content of any product related information that is provided or communicated on or within the pages of this Site.

By executing any purchase transaction for any item listed for sale on this site, you, the customer ("purchaser") hereby acknowledge and agree to accept all of the following described terms and conditions associated with any transaction.

These terms and conditions shall be hereby in effect as of June 1, 2018 and remain in effect until otherwise superseded by additional or subsequent published criteria.  


Black Rabbit Store shall only accept and process orders that have been paid for in full. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason, like suspicion of fraud, or if we are unable to fulfill the order.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are fulfilled by our external partners and suppliers. Orders where all items are in stock are usually fulfilled and shipped within 5-7 working days, with most clothing and accessories available from our suppliers at all times.Should any order include out-of-stock items, we will do our best to get it shipped within 2-4 weeks, and no more than 30 days.

In case of production or re-supplying issues on a particular design, we will try to contact the customers to explore alternative options or offer replacement items.In cases where items are lost in transit or seized by official customs agencies, we will make reasonable effort to request and coordinate subsequent shipments from our suppliers.

Products not received within 35 days from order date can be considered "non-delivered" and are eligible for a non-delivery item claim. Non-delivery item claims must be submitted in writing via the "contact Us" page and include customer name and order number.It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and valid "Ship To" address information during the check out process.

Due to the mode of transportation, shipping destinations can not be changed once the item has been shipped.Black Rabbit Store shall not be held liable for any items lost or stolen during the delivery process to any P.O Box, community mail box or other mail box located outside customers property.

No refunds will be issued for lost, stolen or seized items.Additionally, Black Rabbit Store shall not be held liable for incorrect/inaccurate "Ship To" addresses, delayed delivery times or other issues related to shipments beyond our control.

Due to the automated order fulfillment system in use with this site, customers are ultimately responsible for the information entered at checkout. Every effort shall be made to work with our supplier to re-ship lost items during which we shall be exempt from additional delays incurred during this period. In some cases, customers many be offered store credit or other forms of compensation at the discretion of management.

Price & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). USD prices listed on this site do not include shipping costs. Unless specified on the item listed, shipping to the customer is offered as a complimentary service. Additional fees such as taxes in some cases may be added to the total cost of purchase depending on the country and state of residence. These fees will be added to your total during checkout.

Shipment Tracking

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Tracking information is provided by our suppliers and their 3rd party logistics partners. Tracking numbers shall be provided on items as the information becomes available. * Please note: Tracking information may not be available immediately after an order has been placed. 

Once a tracking number has been provided, the shipment information can be accessed through our tracking portal via the "Order Tracking" page. Please allow 3 - 5 days for accurate shipping information to become available from various international logistic providers via our tracking portal.

Black Rabbit shall not be held responsible for the accuracy or the dissemination of 3rd party tracking information. Tracking is offered entirely as a complimentary service.


Customers residing in the state of Florida are required by US Law to pay local sales taxes on items purchased from this site. These taxes are entirely at the customers expense.

As of July 1st, 2018 customers residing in  Australia are required to pay a 10% GST from items purchased from this site.

Accepted payment methods

We accept payments by PayPal or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, both debit and credit) and offer secure payment processing through the Shopify payment gateway.

All transactions are in US Dollars, and will be automatically converted by your bank or card issuer at the daily exchange rate to the customer's native currency. The conversion rate is not controlled by nor does Black Rabbit Store receive any portion of these conversion fees!

Returns & Exchanges

Customers shall be 100% responsible for selecting the correct sizes, color, quantity and material at checkout. Due to each individual's unique size requirements and fit of clothing items, Black Rabbit Store shall not be responsible for any size discrepancies on these items.

No refunds will be provided for incorrect selections, fit or variation in color. In some cases, customers may be eligible to receive discounts to re-order incorrect products.Items may only be returned if they are defective or damaged. Damaged or defective items from the manufacturer shall only be replaced and are not eligible for a refund. 

Photos must be submitted indicating the damage or defect for each each item claimed. Quality defects must be documented with a photo to help us process your claim with our suppliers. All requests should include at least three photos clearly illustrating the defect. Failure to comply with this request will negate any replacements.

Phone cameras can be used to take photos and attach to the email request for return or refund.All request to return items must be submitted in writing via the "contact Us" page and include customer name and order number. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost on all item(s) returned to the original supplier(s).Items have to be returned in their original condition, in the original packaging and with the original price tags and labels.

You can try on your purchase to see if it fits and wear it for a short and reasonable amount of time, but any items worn longer than half-an hour are no longer considered as new, and are thus excluded from withdrawal for hygienic reasons. All non-defective Items including incorrect sizes or fit returned shall be subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

All return shipments must be sent priority status, include delivery confirmation and tracking options.


We will refund payment for returned items within 14 days after receipt confirmation of the undamaged merchandises from our supplier, through the same payment method used by the customer.

The customer is 100% responsible for the entire return costs and any restocking fee associated with the return of the product which shall be deducted from the overall amount refunded.

Special Offers / Discounts / Clearance Sale

All sales are final for any promotional sale, discounted and clearance items. Items are sold AS-IS. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges honored for promotional sale, coupons, discounts and clearance items.


In case of legal dispute, both the customer and Black Rabbit Store shall agree to engage is a good faith mediation and attempt to settlement out of court. Each party shall agree to pay 1/2 of all mediation costs and fees associated with this process.

In the event reasonable and satisfying settlement for both parties may not be reached, all legal claims and actions shall be filed with the legal courts in Clearwater, FL. Both the customer and Black Rabbit Store additionally agree to provide proof of active participation in the above mentioned mediation process prior filling with the court. Failure to participate or show good faith toward mediation shall constitute a breach of this agreement.

In the event Black Rabbit Store is excused from any liability or found not to be in breach of the agreement, compensation and reimbursement shall be entitled to the former for any and all legal expenses.
